Terms and Conditions

Will not draw

I am open to drawing pretty much anything (OCs, fanart, pinups), but I will not draw the following:

Hate speech/bigotry in general.
Problematic stuff.
Men (it’s just not something I have the skill for. However, I can draw bishounen men.)
Heavily detailed machinery and mecha-type robots.
Extreme gore (things like candy gore are fine.)
Realism.
Heavily detailed NSFW and really “out there” stuff.

Additional Information

Client must send clear references of the character(s) I will be drawing.
If the client’s characters(s) have any complex details such as armor, handheld items/props, clothing with convoluted patterns, tattoos, etc., there will be extra charges based on complexity.
If the client’s character(s) have heavily detailed tattoos/markings that will be want revealed in the artwork, please be sure to send me a clear reference.
In the case of me creating a custom character, the client must be specific on what exactly they want for the character in terms of details.
Minimal backgrounds are free, but there will be extra charges if the client wants a more detailed background.

General Terms

Commissions are for personal use ONLY. Please do not use them for commercial use.
My artwork cannot be used in any blockchain technology, such as cryptocurrency and NFTS.
My artwork cannot be used to train AI.
Commissions are open to clients who are 18 and over ONLY. The client must also provide proof that they are of age.
When I am working on a commission, I will send the client a sketch, and once approved, I will work on completing it. The only time changes can be made are when the commission is in the sketch stage, with the exception of minor changes (ie, small details, mistakes I’ve made, etc.) I work full-time, so I ask that you be patient during the time I’m working on your commission.

Payment

I accept payment via Venmo, and once paid, your commission will start as soon as possible. Once payment is sent, there will be no refunds.
Sending payment means that you fully agree with my listed terms above.
